When a license requires attribution, retain the supplied creator and other credit information. Include the source and license links. The uploader’s account is not necessarily the creator of the recording.

Record these fields: title; creator; source link; license and version; license link; changes you made. This is a starting template: retain any additional notices requested on the source page.
Review the terms after making changes
Trimming a recording or incorporating it into another work can affect the conditions of reuse. Licenses such as CC BY-SA include conditions for sharing adaptations. Read the full license for your intended use rather than relying only on the short label on a result card.
